All that means is I am a Mom on a MISSION & a Woman with PASSION! My mission is to empower women/moms to take charge of their own health one step at a time. I love sharing solutions for physical, emotional and environmental health that are simple, safe, effective, and natural.

I have been married to my soulmate for the past 25 years. We have two beautiful children(25 year old son and 22 year old daughter) and one pandemic puppy - Bella a sweet, sweet Cocker Spaniel..
